We are not accredited—and that’s by design. Our independent model allows us to stay flexible and deeply personalized, tailoring learning to each child’s developmental needs while still meeting or exceeding core academic standards.

Because our curriculum is standards-based (CA Common Core State Standards as well as the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS)) and rich in foundational skills, your child will be well-prepared to transition into a mainstream school environment if you choose that path.

For 2025-26, we plan for only 2-3 students total. We currently have one founding student. Eventually, we aim to serve small cohorts of no more than 10 students to ensure every child receives personalized attention and care.

No. We use narrative assessments, portfolios, and ongoing feedback to track progress. Our evaluation is holistic and supports a growth mindset.

Our approach is trauma-informed and grounded in restorative practices. We foster trust, co-create community agreements, and work alongside students to strengthen their social-emotional and conflict-resolution skills. Consistent routines and clear expectations provide a sense of safety and structure.
